The Directors
Mr. Andrew Rybarczyk is the head of The Drama Department, head coach of the Speech Team, and a History teacher at Bremen High School. He first served as Assistant Director for Murders in the Heir and Beauty and the Beast. In 2008, he took over The Bremen Theatre and has since directed a litany of plays that have covered a number of different topics, styles and stories.
Mr. Rybarczyk in 2009 started an annual haunted house that has since become one of
The Bremen Theatre’s biggest fundraisers and is also one of the most anticipated events during the entire school year.

Dr. Paul Melidona is the Assistant Play Director at Bremen High School, joining the production team in 2022.
Dr. Melidona has been involved in musical drama production and direction for many years both in high school and
at the college level. He has vast experience as a music performer in different organizations, as well as numerous
churches from coast to coast north, south, and also in Canada. He has produced at least 80 musicals on different
levels, including several dessert theater productions. Dr. Melidona enjoys working with students and especially
looks forward to the opportunity to work on the creative and musical side of the drama department.
Mr. Ben Salgado is the Technical Director at Bremen High School. Mr. Salgado has over 20 years of experience producing, directing, music directing, tech directing, and performing on the stage. In addition to his directing credits at Bremen H.S., he has served in the past as Director of Children's Programming for Spotlight Arts Collective, as music director for multiple community theatres, and has run sound and lights for many theatrical productions in his community.
Mr. Salgado is a fine and performing arts teacher at Bremen H.S. where he is also the
Director of Bands & Choirs, the Assistant Speech Coach, and co-director of the Color Guard.
